Julian is an experienced, multi-lingual, interim general manager and consultant who has developed, lead and implemented successful, sustainable improvement programs in a wide range of international manufacturing and supply chain industries. 

With a thorough automotive grounding, Julian has significant operational, supply chain and lean management expertise, delivering profitable growth in blue-chip multi-nationals through to PE backed spin-offs.

Andrew is a highly experienced professional supply chain and business improvement specialist with a unique blend of Lean management experience coupled with ERP, IT and process enhancement skills.

He has project managed successful improvement and change programs, delivering significant bottom-line results in a range of industries and countries. These include automotive, aerospace, household appliances, retail and healthcare services in Europe, Eastern Europe and South America.
